If you have the luxury of planning for a pregnancy a year prior to getting pregnant, that is amazing! If you don’t have that much time to plan, anything you can do is still beneficial!

I’d say the most important thing to focus on is diet and eliminating toxins! These things have a huge impact on your egg and sperm health and they both also can take the longest to take effect! Because if you’ve spent your whole life with nutrient deficiencies and loading up your tissues with toxins, it takes time to come back from that!

Reducing stress, getting enough sleep and sunshine are also very important but just a few months of that will be enough to have a positive impact on your hormones and health!
