How to have CALM kids at a restaurant!

We never go out to eat because we prefer to eat at home with clean ingredients! But for my birthday we drove an hour to an amazing farm to table restaurant that we found that uses all local, organic, and grass fed ingredients plus 100% avocado oil in their fryers!

But ANYWAYS haha

My kids did amazing and I’m so proud of them since it was their first time at a restaurant! Here are what I did to make it easier on them-

1. Went on a Thursday instead of Saturday (my actual birthday was Saturday). We did this so it would be less crowded and less overwhelming for them!

2. Brought in a book for each of them to look at while we waited for our food.

3. They had crayons and paper for my oldest!

4. We kept our 18 month old in his stroller the whole time.

5. Left once we were done eating!
