Your baby is likely overtired if you're seeing:

- Rigid body (jerky movements)
- Pushing away from you
Here are some suggested wake times by age:
0-4 weeks: 30-60 minutes
4-12 weeks: 60-90 minutes
3-4 months: 1.5-2 hours
5-7 months: 2-3 hours
7-10 months: 2.5-3.5 hours
11-15 months: 3-4 hours
