When my first trimester started out, I was able to eat whatever I wanted! But starting around 6 weeks, my food aversions started and I wasn’t able to eat my usually foods like eggs and burgers!

As I’m making this post half most of these foods actually DON’T sound good anymore, but that is just food aversions and the first trimester 😂

Most of the foods that sound good to me are foods that are light and fresh. So I don’t really know why the hash browns and bacon were good to me in the moment!

That turkey and avocado sandwich on sourdough though sounds soooo good 👌🏻

What were some of the things that actually sounded good to you in the first trimester? I would love some inspiration for more foods to eat! Bonus points if it’s animal protein!!
