5 week pregnancy update! | BUMPDATE

This week I turned 5 weeks pregnant! I’m still waiting for the real pregnancy symptoms to start but I have had a few things going on this week that I wanted to document!

At 5 weeks the baby is the size of an apple seed! My son was eating an apple and so we decided to take out a seed and see how big the baby is right now! It’s so fun to be able to actually physically see it.

I love to use the the pregnancy + app because it shows a 3D mode that looks really realistic and you can see the baby in actual size or zoomed in!

One of my only pregnancy symptoms of this week is craving peanut butter and jelly! It’s something that I loved early on in my last pregnancy too. I’ve been loving sandwiches on sourdough or also mixing it into yogurt!

I’m crossing my fingers I don’t have any nausea or food aversions this pregnancy but I’m pretty sure I will eventually! With my last it started around 8 weeks, so we’ll see!!
