BEING PREGNANT FOR OVER 42 WEEKS

I’m proud to share my experience of going past 42 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby!

It shows that I listened to my body and my baby, it shows that my body was healthy enough to carry my baby until he was fully ready and developed, it shows that I found an amazing midwife who trusted me.

I know it is a huge mental battle when you go over your due date but I hope that if you’re in that place you can read my words and feel proud of your body and baby too!

Things I did once I pasted my due date-

LOTS OF WALKS

SPENDING QUALITY TIME WITH MY FIRST BABY

GETTING IN THE SUN AND NATURE

TRIED A LABOR INDUCING PIZZA 😂

If you are in this stage know that there is no such thing as a “natural” induction, even from a pizza!! Your body knows when your baby is ready and when it feels safe enough. Listen to it and wait! No one has been pregnant forever 😊
