If you have seen enough of my posts you probably already know all of the foods I am going to list!
These foods are amazing at nourishing your body prior to pregnancy, during pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, and the cool thing is that these foods are amazing even when you are not in that stage.
These foods are nourishing to anybody! Once your baby starts solids, the same goes for them 🤍

Eat these foods to get pregnant fast, feel good while pregnant, and have a complication free labor and delivery! I continue to eat these foods during postpartum and really just forever! These foods create healthy hormones and leave you feeling energized!
