WHAT MY 9 MONTH OLD DID DURING A WAKE WINDOW

A few months back I did a random wake window when my baby was 7 weeks old and it was much shorter 😂 Now he is 9.5 months old and I wanted to show an example of what he does in the morning during his first wake window.

Normally he wakes up closer to 6:30/7 am but today we let him sleep until 8 am so things were a little later than normal!

He is usually awake for 2.5-3 hours in the morning before he takes his first nap!

This day he woke up at 8am and nursed in the bed.

Then we got up and changed his diaper. Breakfast was already ready since I was awake for about 1.5 hours before him!

He ate organic frozen mango and pasture organic scrambled eggs cooked in grass fed butter!

While I was cleaning up breakfast he got into some glass bottles that we don’t let him play with. So I moved him into the kitchen with me while I finished cleaning.

Then he wanted to nurse some more so I took a break from what I was doing.

After that he went to play with his brother in their play room! He mostly just watches and wishes he could play with his toys already!

I took a shower and he stayed with my husband. They played around the house and cleaned up a little bit.

Then he took his contact nap while we held him 🥰
