1. we can do hard things by Glennon Doyle. I’ve talked about her in my previous posts on what I do when I’m anxious. she truly is vulnerable so we can learn how to be. she has guest speakers and shares experiences from her past traumas. She speaks on anxiety, self identity, eating disorders and more.

2. we said what we said by Ricky Thompson and Denzel Dion. Wherever I want to laugh or hear good drama I’ll put this on. they are so entertaining and it’s never a dull moment with them. sharing life experiences, dating experiences, growth stories and more.

3. On purpose by J Shetty. he speaks on ways to avoid loneliness, negative self talk and more. sharing advice and information on topics like toxic relationships and mindset.

4. First this by Kathryn Nicolai. She also has a bedtime story one is just as great. first this is a short 10 minute mediation podcast. where she guides you on to focus visual and sensational feelings to help you ease your emotions or just to get a few minutes to yourself. i play this before bed to relax or when i’m having anxiety.
