Strawberry Buttercream 🍓

Butttt id be lying if I didn’t say I’m going to miss the freshness of this summer favorite, strawberry buttercream.

2 lbs salted butter

2 cups cooled homemade strawberry sauce

1/2 bag powdered sugar - feel free to adjust this to your desired sweetness level

1 strawberry jello packet

Whip your butter until white and fluffy. This will take 20-30 minutes. Scrape your edges occasionally

Add your powdered sugar and jello packet. Mix completely

Add your homemade strawberry sauce. Mix well.
