What?! I made so many mistakes in 2023?! 😨 How?

In the new year, I want to review what I did not do well enough or did wrong in the past year 2023. Allow ourselves to reflect on the past year, visualize the things we want to change, learn from our experiences, and improve on the areas of deficiency in a timely manner.

After reflecting on the past year, here's what I concluded I didn't do enough of.

1️⃣Procrastination

2️⃣Lack of goals

3️⃣Spend to much time on short videos/reels

4️⃣Don't know how to communicate with others

5️⃣Not exercising
