this is specifically what i do to help me sleep better at night. i sleep about 10 hours a night which is considered too much/bad for your health. we should be getting 7-8 hours of sleep every night. if we are not getting the right amount, we are tired, less energetic, physical features change, mood changes, less mental capacity, depression, anxiety, etc.❣️
