A private home kitchen focused on pizza, run by a passionate couple who regularly visits Italy to learn from maestros. They release slots every 20th of the month for their Pizza Omakase ($128) and they get snapped up shockingly fast.

Their house is quiet, cosy and decorated tastefully while the hosts are friendly and insanely passionate and knowledgeable about their craft. You'd see some of the most gorgeous pizza dough cross-sections when they cut into it — tastes even better than it looks.

While it's an omakase, they are accommodating of requests. And even while everything was sublime, this Truffle Carbonara Pizza is undoubtedly their most iconic blockbuster. It's obvious why — it's a blitz of unadulterated richness, an incessant explosion of guanciale umami, egg yolks, and aged Parmigiano, all elevated with an intoxicating dose of truffle.
