It's weird to call a place voted the best burgers in Singapore a hidden gem but honestly, Burger Labo deserves so much more mainstream attention for their burgers. Deserves a spot on every burger lover's bucket list.

A quaint hut in the middle of Gillman Barracks, perfect spot to unwind after an afternoon of art perusal — while isolated so you can maximise your enjoyment.

Of course, taste is subjective. Alas, even if you don't think this is the best burger, you've gotta give it the kudos it deserves. We're talking a rich triple-blend beef patty that's grilled perfectly, complete with fluffy homemade potato bun and a super umami smear of shio kombu mayo. Perfect execution for something so simple is harder than it looks.
