One of the best tartares that's graced my palate in Singapore. The beef are chopped into chunkier morsels to give the beef a more luscious bite, perfectly complemented by a sapid and briney uni sauce.

Picture perfect baby squid that were just addictively juicy and bouncy. A nice touch of smoke and chimichurri make it impossible to stop popping them.
