Quitting My Job😌

So I hate my job…in fact most jobs that I have had. Mainly because they are all medical jobs and I hate the medical field as a workplace. I always end up undervalued, mistreated and stressed. I am also in school and find it beyond exhausting to answer phones and deal with peoples problems, while also having to navigate constant work changes and be a successful student. I wish I had the luxury of staying at home after high school but ai didn’t because of family issues. But now i feel confident and in the right mind state to further my education and be at a job that doesn’t short me to just $17/hr. I’m a top performer in my position with no raise after my first year as stated. Anytime i send a group message I’m answered last or never. I’m grateful that I was accommodated to be home but I still don’t feel supported by my team. I also am only in two classes right now and want to finish my certificate program faster than a year. So in 6 months I plan to cut from my 9-5, get some certifications and education and experience in volunteering and also start focusing on content creation. Has anyone else made this choice before?
