GRADUATION DRESS INSPO

Although graduation season is mostly over, I wanted to share the two dresses I wore for both the graduation ceremony and my grad pictures for inspo!

For reference: I purchased a size small in both

I am 5’2 (125 pounds)

Bust - 32 inches (32B)

Waist - 25 inches

Hips - 35 inches

For my graduation ceremony, I wore a midi length satin dress from House of CB. It is the “Lois Pintuck Pleat Corset Body-Con” in ivory ($269). I think this dress is absolutely gorgeous and loved wearing for graduation. But, unfortunately the sizing is a bit iffy especially in the bust area. I am not super privileged in the bust area so I found there to be a lot of gapping on top and had to have that tailored. Other than that, the dress is super flattering and has a gorgeous open back detailing.

My other dress is a much more affordable option from Zara. It is the “gathered short dress” in ecru ($45). I really loved the ruching and high neck line of this dress. It was also super comfortable!

Lastly, the shoes that I paired with both are from Charles and Keith. “Stiletto Heel Slingback Pumps” in chalk ($53). I absolutely love these and how elevated they are. I wore them for multiple hours during the ceremony and found them to be comfortable! My only complaint is that the bottoms are slippery and I had to buy grips to avoid slipping.
