Summer drink:

The Hulk Drink

(I make this all the time for friends and family and it’s always a big hit!!)

FYI: 1/2oz is a 2 count in the bartending world (former bartender here!)

In a glass of ice pour:

1/2 oz Malibu Rum

1 oz Captain Morgan Pineapple Rum

1/2 oz Midori Melon

1/2 oz Blue Curacao

Fill the rest with sweet and sour mix and top off with pineapple juice

Garnish with a pineapple slice (optional)
