Does anybody else find it hard to keep friendships afloat as you get older?

🫂I haven’t had a lot of friends especially when I was younger

🫂A lot of the people who I thought were friends ended up not being real friends

🫂Some I just lost contact with because we all have our own lives

🫂I’ve been becoming content with no social life and I feel like I need to break that

🫂My anxiety with new people and going out has gotten even worse

What are some ways yall make friends as an adult?
