Half an Avocado a Day? Everyday

Hey everyone, I'm hopping on the avocado toast train and loving it! But lately, I've been wondering if it's actually good for you to eat half an avocado every single day. Sure, they're delicious, but is there a point where all that creamy goodness becomes...too much? Anyone out there following the daily avocado habit?
