Midnight Supper - Cheesy Lontong

Hello guys, as I just made myself a quick supper right now so might as well show you my secret recipe yet easy to cook for just 5 minutes. Cheesy Lontong instant noodle 🥰🥰!!

Most of the time when I restock my grocery I tend to buy the cliche flavoured instant noodle such as Indomie, Mi Sedaap or chicken flavour maggi. At this one day I tried something different and it tastes absolutely delicious which is the Lontong by Mamee Chef. So if you guys are not familiar, Lontong flavour origin is from Indonesia. They look like curry but I promise you the taste its unique on its own yet considerably spicy. Without further ado, lets proceed with the step 😍

First of all you would need 3 extra ingredients which is a slice of cheese, an egg and finally coconut milk.

💫Cook your noodle and set it aside to make sure your noodle doesn't go mushy

💫Add spices provided into boiling water.

💫2 squeezes of coconut milk into boiling soup and pour it into your noodle

💫Add egg yolk and cheese slice instantly and let the boiling heat do its work to them.
