2. Choose the Right Seat: choose a seat from the front to over the wings for a smoother ride, or choose an isle if looking out the window gives you anxiety.

3. Distractions: Bring along comforting items like music, books, or puzzles to distract yourself during the flight.

4. Talk to the Crew: Let the flight attendants know you're nervous—as a flight attendant I always welcome first time & nervous flyer letting me know when they board so I can look out for them throughout the flight 🤍

5. Stay Positive: Focus on the destination and the excitement of your trip!

Remember, it's normal to feel nervous, but with the right strategies, you can overcome your fear and enjoy your flight!
