what I eat in a day ✨

breakfast (my current go-to):

• sourdough toast with avocado, cottage cheese, sautéed tomatoes & spinach, sun dried tomatoes, and the everything but the bagel seasoning

• 3 pasture raised eggs

• earl grey tea with almond milk and a splash of agave

snacks:

• kind bar (I forgot to take a picture)

• popcorn

dinner:

• black pepper chicken

• asparagus

• potatoes with parmesan cheese
