My recent reads!

hey!! these are some of my recent books I’ve read, I’ll just tell you more about them and my ratings!

“Witches Get Stuff Done”:

I honestly don’t know why I had so much confidence for this book. It was very young in the writing, and it was a really fast burn. It was supposedly an enemies to lovers, but he kissed her on page like 100. I read this with a friend, and she also rated it a 2 star. read this because you might love it though!! this is just my opinion

“Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo”:

this book is AMAZING!! this story is about a writer named Monica, who goes to Evelyn Hugo to interview her on her life in which she’s shared with nobody. this story is such a good message as well as just a great story. It had me crying yet laughing through it! I never got bored, and would read again! I recommend this book to everybody!!

“Powerless”:

okay hear me out. I gave this book a 4 stars for the romance, the enemies to lovers (which was top notch) and the plot. but there was something about this book that didn’t interest me. I did like this book, it was a fun read, but I will not be reading the rest of the series. I recommend this book to all, because it is a well loved book, but it wasn’t my style!

“The Cruel Prince”:

now I know yall might attack me. I don’t love the faerie world, I didn’t love Jude (the main girl character) and though Cardan is great, I just didn’t find the story of my interest. It was about her going through being a human through a faerie world, and her facing trials and such, and it did not interest me. I read the whole series to just keep trying because I really did want to be apart of the fandom, but I just did not love it. I recommend this to everyone, because this is my friends favorite series!!
