allowing my inner teenager to express herself

I’m on my 3rd apartment and I just bought my first couch and tv..

my 20s is definitely not what i envisioned it to be when I was a teenager, now im in my mid 20s it’s a weird time because the world tells you you’re an adult but we were just literal kids a couple years ago

for the longest i kept myself from buying different and unusual little knick knacks and things because I didn’t want to seem childish and I wanted to come off as this young adult with it all figured out

i only looked for minimalist decor, the stainless steel, the nude colors. don’t get me wrong I love that look too but I decided that my 20s will be a redo of my teenage years

growing up is already draining

we all deserve to have a little something that brings that hit of dopamine that even out inner child appreciates

i got my own money.. its my house.. my rules

so why not have fun with it..
