Most frustrating reno process

Can you imagine paying extra for ID/project manager services for us to eventually have to go down multiple times a week to check on the reno works?

Multiple dents in our carpentry, gaps that are not filled, laminate peeling off, uneven surfaces… it’s one thing to have contractors with poor workmanship, it’s another to have to get paying clients to be the ones pointing out these problems and chasing rectification work to be done 🫠

People who have reno experience pls share your experience! Did you constantly have to supervise the reno works? Or was your ID the one constantly going down to the site to check on the quality of the work? Pls share your experience so i don’t feel like the crazy ones 🤧
