Now while it is not required of you to be a master herbalist, EVERY practitioner should have roots that they work with at all times.
This great elder traveled around and spoke with different practitioners of different cultures and lineage to collect their stories on the many uses of herbs in their regions.
There are no books and I mean NO BOOKS that are going to give you step by step instructions on how the hoodoo practice should be, and that is because….
1. It’s a closed practice.
2. It’s a word of mouth practice
3. Everyone’s practice is different
But there are books that will assist you greatly on your Hoodoo journey.
P.S. Go find my post about herbs, I give tips on how to get started with building relationships with them. Herbs carry spirit too. Look up animism.
