Simple Bread Stick Air-Fry
Ingredients
130ml water, lukewarm
5g yeast
10g oil
200g all-purpose/wheat flour
4g salt
Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine water, yeast, oil, and flour until a dough forms. Dust a flat surface with flour and knead the dough for 5-10 minutes, or use a mixing machine on slow-medium speed for 5 minutes, until smooth. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and proof for 40-45 minutes. Divide the dough into 20g pieces and proof for another 10 minutes. Roll into long sticks, season with salt, and air fry at 160Β°C for 20 minutes.
