PULLED CHICKEN TACOS
Recipe Below 🍳
• chicken breast
• 2 bell peppers (ONE GREEN/ONE RED)
•1 red onion
• 3 Tbsp oil
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 2 tsp ground paprika
• 2 tsp Adobo seasoning
• 2 tsp slap ya mama seasoning
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 can chopped tomatoes
• 1 cup water
• 10-12 corn tortillas
• shredded cheese of vour choice
• Cilantro and diced red onion
✨Instructions : Step-By-Step✨
- Marinate chicken, peppers and onions with all the seasonings listed above and some oil.
FOR BEST RESULTS : Set aside for 1 hour OR over night.
- Pan fry chicken in a little oil, then shred using a fork or a mixer, set aside
- In the same pan, add the peppers and onions and sauté for a few mins.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, the shredded chicken and the water. Mix well.
- Allow to simmer on low heat for approx 25 mins or until
- Take off the heat.
- Dip the corn tortilla in the sauce, then pan tortilla with cheese, pulled chicken mixture, red onion and cilantro.
- Cook both sides until golden.
✨ PLEASE NOTE ✨
The adobo and slap ya mama seasoning already have salt so that's why it's onlv 1/2 tsp salt !! #tacos #mexicanfood #food
