This has been my go-to snack plate in the afternoons when I need something healthy & filling!
2 tablespoons hummus (I like the Ithaca brand)
1/4 cup carrot chips
6 mini cucumbers
1 Joseph’s Lavash bread
I spray the lavash bread with olive oil and season it with salt then tear it into chips and toast it in the air fryer until it’s nice and crispy. It creates crispy chips and one of these pieces of lavash is only 120 calories but it has 12g of protein! Add in the hummus and veggies and this snack plate has 15g of protein!
