which one you prefer, buy ready made or self made?

from my experience.. pro and con..

1st time beli ready shell tarts cepat lemau bila simpan dalam fridge and rasa muak disebabkan rasa marjerin. tapi kalau nak cepat mmg ready made lebih mudah coz kita cuma buat topping nya saja.

then saya buat sendiri pakai premium butter. lebih crispy and walau simpan dalam fridge tak lemau. cuma nya costing lebih sikit coz kita pakai butter mahal tapi puas hati coz bila makan xjemu and xlembik dan lemau. cumanya ambil masa utk buat shell saja before topping. time consent..😮‍💨

pada saya walau ambil masa untuk buat tapi saya lebih prefer buat sendiri supaya dapat beri satisfaction to customers and make them repeat order coz of the premium taste that we put in each tartlets🩷
