🤍 My Story: I was diagnosed with epilepsy in the 11th grade. I had my first seizure in 9th grade. However the doctor explained that I may never have one again. I was not diagnosed until my second time having one years later.

🤍 How I Felt: Definitely scared & depressed. After all no one wants to feel like they can’t do certain things because you might have a seizure when no one is around or if the wrong people are around. My anxiety is definitely worse & I’m tired all of the time. Luckily I have not had one in a year so I’m thankful for that ☺️

🤍 My Takeaways: life still has to be lived, I use to keep myself from doing a lot. Such as traveling or having nights out and mainly driving. I realized if something is going to happen it’s going to happen. It’s important to still live everyday like it’s your last.🥰
