Want to take a look into my morning routine?👀

I thrive when I’m on a routine! It’s such a relief 😮‍💨

With all the new & exciting changes going on recently in my life, I’ve noticed a lot of my woes were coming from the fact that I had lacked developing a new routine 😫

The good news is, I took some time to structure a simple but productive morning routine. It has improved my mood & overall mental health so much!

☀️Now, I love me some coffee but I’ve been on the tea train lately! This Lavender tea is my favorite!! It’s so smooth & it has a taste of luxury and comfort in one. (Fun Fact: I forced my taste buds to like tea😂)

☀️Here’s a dining room shot with my tea. I’ve forced myself to take some time in certain spaces & take a few moments to express gratitude…instead of clouding my brain with what I need to decorate still.

☀️Here’s a shot of me reading on my front porch. Fun Fact: I Love to Read 📖 Always Have & Always Will. I prefer nonfiction and I love self help/motivational and autobiographies. I like truth & reality so I indulge in them the most! Wiest is an amazing writer, I really appreciate her style! I will be reading more of her.

☀️Time for some Vitamin D! ☺️ I work from home so I don’t get much sun or get out much Monday - Friday. I’ve made it a priority to at least get out in the morning before work to catch some sunshine (I’ve also been taking Vitamin D😉)

☀️Let’s Shower 🚿 Self care is so important to me! Shower time for me means 30+ minutes, taking my time to maintenance my body, relax, and meditate. I love how calm I can become during this time.

☀️TBH, I am terrible at water intake. I know how important it is but I’m one of those people who think water is disgusting. I’ve learned throughout the years that I can’t compromise its importance. Adding lemon and lime has been a lifesaver! I also add #collagensupplement It’s has improved my skin so much!

☀️Vitamins for you, you & you! I had slacked majorly on my vitamin intake! I missed having nonstop energy 😂 I honestly go back and forth with using what I want for different things like energy and #immunesupport

After vitamins, I’m pretty much ready to log into work for the day! This mini morning routine has helped me take back control and establish some stability with all the changes. It has allowed me to also be still and sit in the presence of what I’ve manifested in my life. 🙏🏾
