FIRST DAY OF UNI | Roller Coaster of emotions❤️

hey ladkhis,

today is another first time for me. there's always a first time for everything - as for me it was my first day of uni and also the first time that i am posting me having a breakdown.

honestly it was a mix of emotions when i went to uni, i was happy and sad. happy because im starting a new journey in life and a new milestone crossed. sad because of my anxiety. i had really bad anxiety and i get it when im too nervous before going for something or when im too afraid of facing something.

but i overcame it, in my vlog i didnt really show me overcoming it but i overcame it when i told myself, "no matter how many hurdles u have, u always have to jump and yes u may get hurt or scraped but it is worth it". even my mum was there to comfort me as i stepped out of my comfort zone - my mum helps with my anxiety too. she gave me a hug and told me to breathe right before i left for uni.

once i felt better and gained some confidence, i acutally made a friend- she is super nice and chatty and she helped me ease out in this new uni environment.

i guess my roller coaster of emotions was like uncalled for as at the end of the day everything went well, but i am still trying to figure out on my anxiety part because everything is still new.
