Hello Loves! Harini I nak share Labour and birth tips for new mom. This is based on my experience tau apa i buat. So you taakn ada traumatic delivery. We taknak fobia beranak tu, mmg sakit tapi rasa mcm kenangan manis ha begitu!
1. Stay active during pregnancy
Dgar lah cakap i jangan la asyik bring je masa pregnant. Nanti bila nak beranak you akan rasa body you struggle sebab stamina tu tak build up slowly
2. Mandi air panas to help w contractions
Ni bila rasa contractions awal2 tu soothe it with warm water. Boleh mandi bersikan diri before pergi hospital tu.
3. Stay hydrated
Pls pls stay hydrated kena minum air walaupun u rasa u dh tak lalu sgt nak makan / minum sebab sakit kena jugak. Kat sini husband main peranan nak make sure stay hydrated
4. Eat well
prepare kurma / snacks dalam hospital bag. Prepare awal awal bila nanti dh sakit tak ingat dh semua tu. Kurma ke mana kita ke mana
5. Follow your birth plan
Consult dgn yr gynae about yr birth plan. Mcm i, i consult siap2 dgn my gynae yg i nak amik epidural. So senang bila mintak awal awal sebab epidural once bukaan dah 6 ke atas dia mcm dh tak function sebab tu dh sakit sgt.
6. Jangan tggu sakit sangat baru pergi hospital
Ni i selalu ingat kan kawan2 i, sebab bila pergi dah sakit sangat bukaan pun dh besar nak amik epidural pun dh tak sempat. Nak follow birth plan nak bertenang semua dh jadi kalut. So rasa mcm contraction dh kerap terus pergi hospital
