I know that was normal? Normal tu gain weight after you ada baby?
But on 9th september i still i remember the date clearly in my head sebab itu la bila i buat life changing decisions to force myself to ubah diri i. I need to put myself first, Bila I happy automatic Anak I happy, I keep telling myself I'm worth it, i'm worthy of taking time for me it's hard but i'm trying.
So i jaga my food intake, I jaga my body. I exercise regularly for my mental health. It was better, I feel better after that. Bagi atleast 30-40mins to myself, Only myself every single day. The best thing. Thank you to my husband sebab support in this journey, So here's to a much happier & healthier momma ♥️
