Home recipe for air fryer garlic butter salmon, garlic mashed potatoes, and asparagus with Parmesan cheese !!
•PREP🍽️
- Place a pot with cold water and your peeled potatoes of choice on the stove on medium high heat to boil
- Wash, dry, snap off ends of asparagus, and preheat the oven to 425°F
•GARLIC BUTTER SALMON🐟 (Fresh)
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F
- Pat dry, Slit 3 slits in each filet, place a generous amount of garlic herb butter in each slit
- Oil salmon & Season with lemon pepper, old bay, onion powder, garlic powder,
-Make an air fryer boat with tin foil, add salmon and sliced up lemon
- Air fry for around 12 minutes, depending on thickness and your air fryer
- Add lemon and garlic herb butter into a bowl and microwave until melted, drizzle onto salmon
•MASHED POTATOES🥔
- To see if they’re done boiling stick a fork into them, if it slides easily in and out it’s done.
- Drain the water and add in butter, heavy whipping cream (in small amounts at a time), salt, pepper, and garlic powder, onion powder, (slap ya mama optional)
- Mash until desired texture
•ASPARAGUS
- Lay on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a little bit of garlic powder
- Bake until easily pierced with a fork
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese & red pepper flakes on top when done
