Penang Rojak in sticks!

Note: Penang Rojak is different from rojak in Kuala Lumpur. The rojak in Penang is made up of fruits while the sauce is different as well.

The ingredients of the sauce may vary slightly among vendors, but mostly it is made of prawn paste, tamarind and black bean paste topped with crushed peanuts.

In this space just across the beachside of Butterworth, they sell rojak in sticks. Different fruits are sliced and prepared in bamboo skewers. Unlike the normal rojak where you only choose the serving size, this one lets you pick whatever you want.

It is also a popular spot for many families to come and take afternoon break with this local fruit snack.
