When I first saw the Trader Joe's ‘Squiggly Knife Cut Style Noodles with Soy and Sesame Sauce’ go viral, I immediately went to my local Trader Joe’s to try it.

The first time I tried it, I thought that squiggly noodles were nicely textured and chewy. But I was disappointed with how bland the overall dish was. I felt like there wasn’t enough sauce to give it enough flavor and taste (is it just me??)

Since then, I have been experimenting different ways to spice it up. But the thing is, I can upgrade it however I want, but if it takes too long, it’s no longer “instant.” And frankly, I want to be able to grab these noodles when I’m feeling lazy to cook or in a rush. With this in mind, I was able to finally find a combination that elevates the noodles, adds flavor, but remains to be a quick and easy option!

First, cook the noodles as instructed. Then, I grab a spoonful of my favorite Trader Joe's Italian Bomba Hot Pepper Sauce and add it to the noodles. This hot pepper sauce is the perfect level of spice and flavor. Finally, I top it with nori for additional flavor.
