The best Mexican spot in NYC is also vegan!

The title says it all - Jajaja is an incredible restaurant in NYC that specializes in plant-based Mexican food ❤️ The atmosphere is super lively, with bright colors and funky decor. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion with friends or just looking for a fun night out, Jajaja is the perfect spot 🥳

We started the night with their towering nachos 🤩 It is piled with their chorizo, refried beans, habanero queso, salsa verde, and sour cream 🤤 For an additional $3, we added guacamole to top it off. This alone would have left us absolutely stuffed (that’s how big this was!!!) 🙌🏻

Of course we couldn’t resist getting their chorizo burrito 😍 The salsa and sour cream is spread over the burrito in the design of the Mexican flag 🇲🇽 (so cute!)

We also ordered the coconut queso quesadilla, which was very tasty 🤤 It was filled with spinach & basil pesto, serrano, and king mushroom with pico de gallo and sour cream on the side.
