🍜 HALAL Chili pan mee in Subang! 🌶️

If you love spicy noodles, you MUST love Chili pan mee! But usually it is made with pork, so it is not suitable for Muslims. Not to worry, because this restaurant does super delicious and HALAL Chili pan mee!! 🤤

So if you are not familiar with Chili pan mee, it is a dry hand-pulled noodle with minced meat, anchovies, and a runny egg (the runny egg becomes a “sauce” when mixed!) 🍜 Most important is the dried Chili, which gives the whole dish its taste!

Be sure to add the dried chili in small amounts first. Usually I only do 1 scoop. Then mix everything thoroughly and taste test first. If it is not spicy enough, just add more chili again until it suits your taste. 🌶️ you can always add more but you can’t take it out! 🥵

Everything else is also really good, so you can try something you’d like! But I think a must-try is the chili pan mee! 😊
