BEST Seafood Risotto I've ever had!!

It's been so long since I've been to a restaurant and actually enjoy ALL of the food! 😭

Here's what I've tried:

👉🏻Crab & Leek Gratin (RM68)

Great flavour and texture combination! It's very crabby and the addition of lemon elevates the delicate and sweet flavour of the crab 🤤

👉🏻Seared Foie Gras, Caramelised Apple & Seville Orange Compote (RM88)

I usually find foie gras very jelak due to the buttery texture but the apple & orange compote balances off the jelakness 👍🏻

👉🏻Lobster and Scallop Risotto (RM108)

One of the best risotto I've ever had! It's packed with seafood flavour, lobster and scallop were plump, honestly perfect 💯

👉🏻Wagyu Beef Cheek & Burnt Broccoli (RM112)

Wagyu was soft and tender, complements the smokiness flavour too 👌🏻

👉🏻72% Molten Valrhona Chocolate Fondant (RM28)

Sea salt was kinda overpowering but you can never go wrong with warm chocolate fondant + ice cream.

Overall I was really satisfied with the entire dining experience and would highly recommend this place! Hope to be back soon to try their Beef Wellington 😋
