honest review of gopizza x masterchef sg 🥵

while looking at things nearby to eat, i came across this gopizza collab with masterchef sg winner, derek cheong. They sell india inspired pizzas, such as butter chicken pizza, chicken tikka pizza. Sounds very interesting so i decided to give it a try. Here’s what i ordered:

1. Butter Chicken Pizza ($10.90)

This is an interesting flavour, it tastes like curry spiced pizza with a little more complex flavours! Quite yummy with cherry tomatoes on top making it taste refreshing. Chicken was also very well marinated. 🍅

2. Hawaiian Pizza ($8.90)

This taste like a typical hawaiian pizza, nothing special but it’s not bad either! 🍕 pineapples on pizzas is a YES for me 🤩

3. Madras Curry Wings ($8.90)

These wings are well marinated and the skin is crispy making it super yummy, but you must eat it hot! Before it gets soggy 😟 it also comes with the curry flavoured sauce, actually quite a surprisingly pleasant combination. 👍🏻

But if there is something i do not like about these pizzas, it is that the pizzas are too doughy, the fact that the toppings on the pizza was so sparse makes it hard to finish them, because after the first few mouth, all i can taste is bread 🥺 i think there is a lot of potential making these pizzas taste good but personally i wouldn’t be eating them again ❌ nonetheless, it is still worth a try as they have some quite interesting flavours here! ✨
