Curly girls please help!

I am thinking about cutting my hair short to grow it out even because when I was younger I did shave my sides and have had it like that for a while recently I've been honestly not liking my hair I've been thinking of getting a curly pixie cut and growing it out I need motivation either to make a big change or to keep figuring out my hair like I said I have not liked the way I style my hair into 2 hairstyles all the time.
