Cookbooks My Chef BF Uses Regularly!

To be fair some of these books are mine. My bf + I love to make sourdough together so a lot of our go to books are about bread + pizza.

Just some info about him before I delve in: he is classically French trained but literally kills at every cuisine and gets complimented by chefs in that field. He particularly good at Thai food, southern cuisine, + honestly I haven’t had a dish by him that I don’t like!
