Getting bored of JB?

It’s time to venture a little further! We made our way upstate to Kluang, located further up in Johor state and just a 2 hour drive from Tuas Checkpoint.

A quaint little town with lots of good food (and its iconic mountain), Kluang is a great place for a quick and inexpensive weekend getaway. Here’s how much we spent on our trip:

1. Climbing Gunung Lambak - Free!

2. Drinks at Hill & Heal - 29.50 RM

3. Coffee, bread and souvenirs for our fam at Kluang Rail Coffee - 53.30 RM

4. Dinner at Tan Ching Hing - 42.80 RM

5. Farm tour at UK farm - 90 RM (includes food for the animal feeding)

We stayed at Kluang Riverview Hotel ($35SGD) per night - but it was really just the bare essentials kind of hotel 😬 nothing much to shout about
