Spice drawer organization

My goal for the remainder of the year is to organize all those spaces that we tend to forget about day to day, but become overwhelming when we need something from that space. Cue organizing my spice drawer FINALLY! The state of the spice drawer before was so unorganized, I could never find what I needed, and it was visually overwhelming. Just staring at the chose gave me anxiety lol.

I found these really cute and simple glass spice jars on Amazon for $34 for 24 jars. They come with two different label options (white & black) which is really nice. I found a lot that had metal twist on lids, but I opted for the bamboo lids because I was concerned the metal lids would rust if put in the dishwasher (which they absolutely would have been).

The acrylic shelf is also from Amazon, for $24. I got the 8 piece set, but was only able to fit 6 pieces in my drawer.

Overall I love how this turned out - it's so much more visually calming, and I am able to see everything that I have (and what was expired). Who knows, maybe I'll start cooking more!
