💸Dollar tree Menu 🌳

Sometimes, there are weeks when the money is dried up due to unexpected circumstances, expenses, whatever the reason there’s always been a dollar tree week for me and my husband the year and a half we’ve been married.

After we got home from our honeymoon I’ll never forget having to budget 150$ for two weeks worth of meals and snacks.

It hurt because I felt like a failure of a wife because I didn’t know how to “budget” turns out everything is just really expensive right now and everyone seems to be struggling right now.

Don’t feel ashamed about having to get your groceries from the dollar store sometimes (Or maybe exclusively) what matters is your family is fed and happy and gets to live another day.

P.S. my local grocery store has a budget truffle sauce I love. I can’t afford the real thing obviously 😭 it was also like, two for 6$?
