Alfredo Lasagna Rollups

This is that weeknight meal that is easy to make and everyone loves!

1 lb Ground Italian Sausage

3/4 C chopped spinach (fresh or frozen will work!)

1 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp parsley

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp basil

15 oz container ricotta cheese

Salt & Pepper to taste

12 lasagna noodles cooked

16 oz your favorite Alfredo sauce

1 C shredded mozzarella

1/2 c shredded Parmesan

Parsley for topping

Cook your Italian sausage. Drain fat.

In a bowl add cooked sausage, spinach, garlic & herbs.

Add ricotta, S&P and mix

Add sausage/ricotta mix to a cooked noodle and roll up.

Place in a baking pan.

Top with Alfredo sauce, mozz & parm.

Bake in oven on 350° for 35-45 mins
