The easiest, smokiest, chicken kabobs we’ve had all summer!
Hickory Smoke Marinade Ingredients:
• 1 Tbsp HHF Hickory Smoke Powder
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1/3 cup sugar (brown or regular)
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 1/3 cup canned pineapple juice
• 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp ginger powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• salt
• pepper
Kebob Ingredients:
• Diced pineapple
• 1 red onion, diced into 1 inch pieces
• 1 green belle pepper, diced into 1 inch pieces
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped into cubes
Steps:
• Whisk together all of the marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
• Add chicken into the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and marinade for at least 1 hour.
• Prepare grill and preheat to 400F. In the meantime prepare skewers with marinaded chicken, pineapple, green peppers, and onions.
• Grill skewers for 10 minutes, or until the chicken registers 165F, flipping halfway through cooking.
• Serve warm and ENJOY!!!
